As an HR Tech Specialist, you'll be a driving force within our Global HR Technology Team, based out of our San Francisco office. Your primary focus will be on scaling, maintaining, and innovating our current systems and processes.
What you'll do
- Spearhead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring that our systems and processes remain at the forefront of innovation
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements, guiding the team towards new horizons and elevating Adyen's HR technology capabilities
- Maintain and support all integrations and develop new ones
- Build and maintain the configuration and interaction between different data sources/systems
- Design custom layouts using BIRT
- Design, build and test new reports and dashboards
- Support with configuration of existing HCM functionality
Who you are
- 6+ years of hands-on Systems Integrations experience in an international environment, showcasing your expertise in HR technology
- Tech Prowess: Navigate seamlessly through tools like Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, and similar technologies, demonstrating your proficiency in system integrations and data management
- Strong believer in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within HR
- Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in an energetic setting, where your adaptability and quick thinking are assets to keep pace with our continuous growth
