Being a victim of fraud is an unpleasant experience. When our users report they’ve fallen victim to a scam, you’re there for them. You act as their guide through the process of filing reports and securing the funds they have lost, and you help them to recognize fraud so that they can feel safe again.
Take ownership
- Give immediate support to users that are a victim of fraud. Get an overview of what's happening and give users the support they need in this stressful situation. Help them secure their account and clearly explain what the next steps will be.
- Guide victims with ongoing fraud cases, helping them gather the right information to file a police report and support them with any follow up as needed.
- Help victims finalize their case and help them detect fraud in the future so that they will never again become a victim of fraud.
